That’s why we offer both full-time and part-time program options — so you can choose the path that fits your life while receiving the same hands-on education and full Hideout experience.

Perfect for those who need a flexible option while working or managing other responsibilities but still want the same depth of training and hands-on experience.

Salon Matchmaking & Career Readiness

At 1,200 hours, students meet with the Academy Director for personalized salon matchmaking to help identify opportunities that align with each student’s goals, personality, and preferred work environment. Our relationships with local salons allow us to connect graduates with spaces that value inclusivity, creativity, and cultural fit.

We also host a salon “speed-dating” event where owners and managers meet students face-to-face, giving both sides the chance to explore potential placements, mentorships, and career paths. It’s a supportive, confidence-building experience designed to help you step into the industry with clarity and momentum.
